- Identify sensitive documents, equipments and records and establish a plan to move or secure.
- Establish security protocols in conjunction with building management.

- Identify owner/manager – chain of command and point person
- Identify American Restoration Services Emergency Service Personnel
- Set up meeting schedule with designated persons to review conditions, response, expectations, problems and concerns
- Establish time-line for emergency services
- Documentation on every aspect of loss for related owner(s) or insurance carrier approvals
