Mike Beaugrand - President and CEO

Mike has 25 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience over the years in all aspects of commercial construction makes him a valuable asset to our team. He understands how important a 'hands on' approach is and will work with your operations staff to ensure a successful project. His scheduling and cost control experience will ensure your projects are completed on time and under budget. Mike makes himself available at all times and routinely visits the project sites.

Robert Beaugrand - Chief Operating Officer

Bob has more than 25 years of experience in construction management, advanced community planning, zoning, land / site acquisition, project management, and economic development. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the overall operations for the firm and its wholly owned subsidiaries. He also contributes to the firm’s corporate strategy, client relations and business development initiatives as a shareholder and board member.

As a trusted advisor to his clients, Bob has successfully led hundreds of design and development projects for local and national land developers, hospitality firms, REIT’s, large and small format retailers, public and private homebuilders, corporate real estate organizations, power and energy clients and infrastructure developers.

His experience includes the entitlement, design and construction of numerous commercial/retail centers, hotels, residential subdivisions, sports venues and institutional developments. He has drafted municipal zoning ordinance amendments, community master plan amendments, performed site feasibility studies, supervised the design and development of public and private infrastructure projects, managed land surveying activities, and quality control of earthwork, paving operations and underground utilities.
