Labor Factors:

A) Labor Rate Calculation: Labor Calculations are based on an eight (8) hour work day, Monday through Friday. Any hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours Monday through Friday will be billed at 1.5 times the scheduled rate.
B) All hours worked Saturday and Sunday will be billed at 1.5 times the scheduled rate.
C) The following holidays will be billed at two (2) times the scheduled rate: Christmas, New Years Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
D) Travel Labor will be billed at 1.5 times the scheduled rate when applicable.
E) Scheduled rates may change due to market conditions during a catastrophe.
F) Temporary Labor Rates will vary based on availability and location due to market conditions.
G) Emergency Services: All emergency services will be billed at the scheduled rates Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Hours worked after 5:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m. and weekends will be billed at 1.5 times the scheduled rates.
H) General Contractors mark up of 10 & 10 will be added to all subcontracted labor.
I) Work performed under a particular contract that is subject to Federal and State wage and hour laws and collective bargaining agreements may require modifications to the above stated rates.
